THEME LICENSE
All our themes and their source code available for download on this website are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase because of a setup issue, theme configuration problems or a technical bug, we ask that you allow us to provide assistance to reach a resolution. If there is still such an issue after our support efforts, within 30 days from the purchase date we will fully refund the cost of your order. If you’re in doubt, send us your questions through the contact form.
THEME SUPPORT
When you purchase a theme from this website you are also registered at wpcake.com. This allows you access to our support forum. Your purchase allows for support and updates for 1 year and you will have the opportunity to renew your license after a year at a reduced cost.
WARRANTY
We have tested our themes in the latest WordPress Version Update and with the most popular browsers (Internet Explorer, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Firefox). If you use our theme with previous/old versions of WordPress or in combination with Plugins, problems might appear.
PRICE CHANGES
WP Cake reserves the right at any time to modify and/or discontinue a product with or without notice. Further, we may add new products and/or services with or without notice. Prices of any products are subject to change at any time.
THEME UPDATES
Our themes are updated regularly to stay compatible with WordPress Updates. You can access the latest version of your theme by using the download link in your purchase email. A purchase allows for updates for 1 year and you will have the opportunity to renew your license after a year at a reduced cost.
CUSTOMIZING THEMES
You don’t need to have coding skills to use WP Cake Themes. Our themes are already easy to customize by using the Live Customizer. If you need additional customization or coding changes, we are unable to assist you in re-writing code, as this is beyond our scope.
We do offer a collection of theme specific documentation to get the most out of your theme.
