Spam is often described as a nuisance, but its real cost is operational. Every false enquiry consumes attention, every malicious link threatens trust, and every unreviewed queue increases the chance that a genuine customer is missed. Understand what is being protected

- Escalate threats rather than replying to them.
- Record recurring patterns before changing controls.
